You may return new, unworn items (try-ons are okay) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the shipping fee.
We will refund your return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If items were shipped using free shipping, shipping charges will be applied to your order if original order now falls under the free shipping minimum.
If only a partial return is being processed, and the the remaining order falls below the free shipping minimum, shipping charges will be applied and deducted from the credit.
Item/s must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition only. Please note that as per regulations, boxers, briefs, or incontinence underwear cannot be returned.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be applied. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-3 business days).
If you need to make a return and it is past 30 days we may offer to issue a store credit instead of a refund.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: During the holiday season our return policy will be more liberal to allow for easy returns or exchanges on gift items. We will extend the return period to 90 days. We reserve the right to approve which item can be returned. Before returning your item/s, please notify us for prior approval.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the 'My Account' menu and click the 'Return Item' link. We'll notify you, via e-mail of your refund once it has been received and processed.
