At Adaptive Clothing Showroom, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand behind every piece of adaptive apparel with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your adaptive clothing. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return new, unworn items (trying them on is perfectly fine) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
We do not provide return shipping labels. You may return items using any carrier, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be clean, unwashed, and in original condition
- No stains, creases, odors, or signs of wear
- Original tags and labels must be attached
- Please try on only one item per size to keep the rest eligible for return
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Boxers, briefs, and incontinence underwear (per U.S. health regulations)
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments
- CLEARANCE items are final sale — they may be exchanged but cannot be refunded
Refund Timeline
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to be completed:
- 1–7 business days for your return to reach us
- 1–5 business days for inspection and processing
- 1–3 business days for your bank to finalize the refund

Shopping for gifts? During the holiday season, we extend our return window to 60 days for easy, stress-free exchanges.
